My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is perfect for sightseeing and shopping, but the noise from the bar underneath and issues with the AC affected my sleep quality. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making my overall experience enjoyable despite the room drawbacks.

The service from the staff, especially Serhat at the reception, was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect, close to everything, but for light sleepers, the noise from loud music could be disruptive. The dining options were limited but satisfactory for an early morning meal. Overall, a decent hotel with its ups and downs.
